3. Consent and Legal Bases

EEA / UK (GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); legitimate interests (to secure, debug, and improve the Service and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights and freedoms); consent (where we ask for it, such as optional communications or non-essential cookies); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law). You may withdraw consent, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, at any time (Section 8).

4. Disclosure to Third Parties (Sub-processors)

We share personal data only as needed to run the Service, with providers who process it on our behalf:

We do not currently use a third-party analytics provider. If we add one, we will update this list and provide any notice or choices required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Kloti or others.

5. International Transfers

We operate globally, and our providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the EU. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take reasonable steps so it receives a standard of protection comparable to the law of your jurisdiction. For transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's **Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)** and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request information about these safeguards using the contact in Section 13.

6. Retention

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account from your account Settings (or by emailing us). Deletion removes your personal data and content as described in Section 6, cancels any active subscription, and is irreversible. Retained billing records are kept only as required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the rights below. We honour them globally where we reasonably can, and as required by the laws that apply to you.

All users / Singapore (PDPA):

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to delete and correct it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, contact support@kloti.co. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and limits.
